How this website handles your information

Who we are
This website, cyrasri.com, belongs to CyRaSri, a software and web design business based in Malta. If you have any question about your information, write to info@cyrasri.com.
What we collect on this website
Very little. The website has no forms, no sign-up, no advertising and no tracking or analytics tools. It does not use cookies.
- Your light or dark choice. If you press the light/dark button, your choice is kept in your own browser so the site looks the same next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Technical records kept by our hosting provider. Like every website, the company that hosts this site (Render) briefly records technical details of each visit, such as the time, the page requested and the visitor's internet address, to keep the service running and secure. We do not use these records to identify you.
- Fonts. The lettering on this site is loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches it, Google receives your internet address, as with any web request. Google's privacy policy applies to that (policies.google.com/privacy).
When you email us
If you write to info@cyrasri.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and to discuss the demo, quote or project you asked about. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. We keep it for as long as needed for that conversation and any work that follows, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
Our software products
This notice covers the cyrasri.com website only. Our products, such as Dokyara, have their own terms agreed with each customer, which explain how customer data is handled inside the software.
Your rights
Under data-protection law (the GDPR) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@cyrasri.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
